Neopass for NEOGEO AES : Awaken the beast ! 

This PCB simplifies NeoGeo AES video bypass mods by reducing wiring and mess. It improves image quality by removing unwanted components. Unlike DIY tutorials, it’s optimized for the best visuals, safer to install, uses minimal wiring, and is fully reversible. 

In short:

• Remove a few resistors and capacitors from the video section

• Solder one wire to the Neopass PCB to input the console’s sync

• A few more solder points to connect RGB input to video output

• it's done !
